Overpriced Downloads

Okay, maybe I’m living in a bubble of some sort and the outside world that is reality is somehow distorted. I was under the impression that download services where supposed to make things cheaper. I’m a gamer I use steam, steam great. but when the game is almost double the price that you can get in store why bother buying online? iTunes is the same, while the music is a very competitive service and is good for the most part, the TV shows they offer for download are more expensive for the most part than there DVD counter parts, and a lesser quality.

So I’ll be sticking to mail-order and in-store for sometime to come.
